Prices at The Ivy Guest House are seasonally adjusted and visitors are advised to confirm the price before booking.
The rate of the guest house will be room only(Breakfast is NOT included).

- Single Room: £35 - £50 per night
- Double Room: £55 - £110 per night
- Family Room: Prices available on request
Long Stays / Group Bookings
Special prices are available for longer stays and group bookings. Please do not hesitate to contact us for additional information.
Payment Type Accepted
We accept the payments by a debit cards, cash and the following credit cards:
Cash, Delta, Electron, Maestro, MasterCard, Visa.
NOTE: 3% surcharge will be added to all payments are made by credit card.
Terms and Conditions
There is a 4 days cancellation policy.
- The guest can cancel his booking four days before the arrival date without charge, if cancelled later the first night rate will be charged, in case of no show the full amount of the booking will be charged.
- Smoking not allowed, fine of 100 GBP will be charged if doing so.All reservations require a credit card or cheque and must be confirmed by us.

The guests have the right to cancel without charge up to 10.00 am local time ten days before the day of arrival, the first night rate will be charged if the guest cancel during the last ten days before the day of arrival, the full amount of the booking will be charged in case of No-Show or cancellation on the arrival day.
(The first night rate will be charged as a non refundable deposit, ten days before the arrival day) - While we love animals sorry no dogs allowed in the Ivy Guest House.
- Keys must be returned on day of departure. Any keys that are not returned or lost will be charged £20 per set of keys.
- Check in 14.00 pm - 23.00 pm or by arrangment.
Any damage made to rooms/furniture will be charged for.
- Checkout is at 10:30 am.
Special arrangement can be made if we are informed in advance.
Smoking Policy:
We are a completely non-smoking guest house. There is no smoking permitted anywhere in the building. We have the front garden available for the puffins where you can enjoy the fresh air.
If smoking is discovered in your room, you will be asked to leave and to pay £100 towards complete cleaning & steaming of the bedroom and the laundering of all curtains and bedspreads.
